Here is the deck cleaned up and ready for kledgecell and bonding. I tabbed the parts back together that I had gone too far on with vinylester and strips of 1808. Came out pretty strong.

Things got a little hectic when I was putting down the kledgecell, and I don't have pics but here is the glass cut and layed out for the top layer. I cut a hole for an anchor locker.

Here is the deck with lots of fairing compound on it consisting of polyester resin and microbaloons. This was what I had the most trouble with, getting a nice smooth professional looking finish. In the end I had to rely on non-skid to cover some of the defects.

Unfortunately this is the only pic I have of the completed deck. I finished it with a few coats of gelcoat mixed with Duratec high gloss additive and (here's where I screwed up) brushed it on thinking that it would level. Well it was all brush strokes. I also added glass beads for non-skid, this turned out to be a more aggressive non-skid than I would have liked. Now you know the reason this is the only pic I have. I have started to refinish the deck. Look for further antics to come.
