Transom interior was oil canning so outer glass removed. Quarter inch marine plywood was sealed with 50/50 acetone and West Systems epoxy. (3 coats)

New core cabosilled in place.

Fiberglass applied over new core. (several layers) It was cold so heat lamps turned on to help the epoxy cure.

All cured and ready for final coat of 6oz glass and fairing.

All holes ground down, plugged with fluted dowels, ready for small figerglass patches and fairing.

Bottom paint finally stripped off. It came out good. Bottom is in good condition. I hate bottom paint.

Starboard cuddy console corner gets new fiberglass, dowels to fill holes, and fairing.

Same problem on port side. Holes all ground down to be filled and glassed over where old rub rail was mounted.


Original IO motor beds were re-glassed with small strips mounted to the inside edges and glassed in place that will help create radius for new deck section.
