Some telltale damage indicating a suspect transom
I removed a couple little pieces of
laminate exposing the core. It was wet but not really soft. However, this is
very high on the transom, I suspect it will be worse down lower.
These are the little panels I want to remove
And here is the damage to the forward fish box
