I've also spent a lot of time fairing out the transom, corner boxes and deck areas and the ducer housing. I puttied everything with a skim coat of polyester filler. On Raybo's suggestion, I used Ad Tech #17. My local supplier had it in stock. Once dry, it looks and sands about like regular old bondo. However, it was much smoother to apply in my opinion. I also think it has a much better working time than bondo.
That was all sanded fair and made ready for primer. I forgot to take pics of the ducer housing after it was sanded.
