I started with the grinder at 7 AM and went at it for about 7 hours. This is a MESSY, MESSY job. Definitely could have used one of those Tyvec suits. I managed to get almost all of the first layer out. You can see how wet this stuff is, I wonder how the old motor even stayed on here ? Will be back at it in the morning....
