Installing the Armstrong Bracket takes allot of prep time to ensure  boat is ready to handle the extreme weight from 4 strokes and divers standing on the bracket.  First we beefed up the stringers to transom connections.  Added 3/4 of fiberglass to the transom and made a SS steel plate over the inside of the transom.  This was to insure equal pressure was distributed.  In addition tie bars were installed inside the transom and plates were installed opposed to using Armstrong washers.

Rather than have the control cables, steering hoses, and wires over the transom and bracket we choose to run them through the transom and Armstrong bracket.  This gives a much cleaner and functional setup
