The boat was purchased from a friend that has owned the boat for the last 20 years. He had always performed any mechanical maintenance that necessary. However the down side is that the boat was not waxed fro the same 20 years. The past 8 years the boat had been trailered and was splashed maybe 3 times a season. Had the boat surveyed and it came up solid. The foredeck rails transom and floor were all solid with no signs of delamination. Life was good
