A few shots of the cockpit and hull before the cleaning project began. Removed the drive and changed all the bellows and trim senders tuned up the engine and changed all the belts and hoses. I also installed a thru hull fitting and eliminated the water pump in the drive. I did this because the hose through the transom housing was only 5/8" ID and then it went up to 1 1/4" to the pump. Too much restriction. I also emptied and cleaned the gas tank because the boat had sat 2 years without starting and 20 gallons laying in the tank. All this work was done so the when I splashed the boat I had a base line for future maintenance.
