Well its a long story on how I got this far off course, but nevertheless I'm back. Lets just say this, triple check references before you let anyone touch your boat. I'm sure most of you know this. The boat is finally painted inside and out, new non-skid, and entirely new transom (enclosed). The boat is now ready for rigging. I had two companies do the work. The first hosed me for $1900, but more importantly did my transom so poorly to the point of about it cost $5000 just to have the second cut it out and start from scratch. Then the paint was not to my standards so had that re-done as well. To the total price of $8000 and still have the console to be re-done. But lesson learned and its a good thing I love my Mako or would have given up. Here are some current pics not great but will do till I get better.
