Here is the control I chose for this vessel. It's electronic and has a HEAVY price tag. Morse KE-4 engine control. Very sweet.

This is just a mockup of the helm console. It took all week to build the panels. 6 vacuum bag pulls.

A mold was made to fabricate a housing for instruments and gauges.

Here is the instrument pod in its first stages.

Above is the first revision of the console layout. This was before I, my brother Bill, and my fishing buddy Tim got to brainstorming the layout. That led to the second revision shown below.

There are 2 tach's with a flowscan in the middle. The large rectangle under the steering wheel represents a Blue Sea 8 gang switch panel. That might change, as that panel is $150. To the right of the steering wheel and left of dual binnacle is trim switches for the engines. Room was left above the dual binnacle for trim tab switches. The small round cutouts are 2- volt meters, 2- temp gauges and 1-fuel gauge. There is a spot for a special switch for the livewell. OFF-ON-AUTO with a timer that can be changed from say 2min off and 30sec on. It's variable.
