Last week when it was cold, I dawned a Tyvex suit and did the grinding where the Port side console goes. Today I dusted off the luan templates that I made for the starboard side. I had to do a little minor tweaking so they would fit the Port side. I then broke out a fresh new piece of 3/8in Divinycell and started cutting it up. I got all the glass cut to go on both sides of the 3 pieces. I still have to cut the peel-ply, bleeder cloth and the bag material so I can vacuum bag the pieces.

In the first pix, everything is dry stacked in the proper order and the top bag is taped down on one side. The top bag is laid back over it self. It makes it easier to get it lined up when your by yourself. Everything is removed on the top side of the core and the core is removed also. I can't take pix's with sticky hands. There is a piece of bag material taped down to the plywood to keep anything from sticking to the plywood then in the order from the bottom up it's Bleeder cloth, peelply, 6oz cloth, 10oz cloth, .5 oz mat, resin, 3/8 Divenacell core, resin, .5oz mat, 10oz cloth, 6oz cloth, more resin, peelply, bleeder cloth and then the top bag is pulled over the top.

Here's another panel being pulled down.

Here's another fire extinguisher box being molded for the port side console.
