I got my X-ducer [Airmar B-260] and High Speed fairing block today. These things are HUGE and HEAVY too.

Here is the compass for the Mako. This sucker is huge. Richie FN-203 it takes a 4 3/4in holesaw to flush mount it. The outside diameter is 5 7/8in. The pad I built is 6in in dia. Perfect! I put my hand in the pix to try and show how big it is. The cutout hole is 4 3/4in. The outside measurement on the compass is 5 7/8in. I couldn't find anyone with a 4 3/4in holesaw. So I made the first cut with a 3 1/2in holesaw. That's the pix of the core and then I finished it off with a sabersaw out to 4 3/4in.
