The Deck is in and the filler panels where the fishbox's used to be. This has been a bunch of work. There is a lot to it. Making sure all the add on's will go into place. The 2 holes in front of the hatch are for the livewell plumbing. The hatch was rabbited in so that the frame is flush with the deck. All the holes were bored oversize and filled in with epoxy/cabosil and re-drilled. On the underside I routered out spots around those holes and stainless T-nuts were installed. I did the same thing for the livewell mounts too.

This has been bugging me to death. I spent a lot of time trying to figure how to drill the hole from the inside to get it at the correct level and to make it come out on the outside so the T-H ping pong balls measured correct from the side of the boat. Finally I cut a 2X4 with the tapering jig on the table saw to use as a guide for the drill motor, so the hole would be 90deg to the transom. I never did figure how to make the hole come out so that the ping pong balls would be exact. I threw caution to the wind and went at it. As it came out there was a 1/4in difference measuring from the side of the boat to each hole, but the hole was made a little oversize for the epoxy bonding putty to have a place to hold on to. This worked out well as I had enough room to make them measure the same. I used 1in PVC tube and wetout the hole and the tube with straight epoxy. Then I buttered the tube 's and stuck them in the holes. The T-H silicone gasket has a little rabbit it it so the tubes will stick out a nat's a$$ and fill that up. They are long right now and I will sneak up on it with a grinder. There is a 1 1/2in ext tube to get on the forward side of the filler panel that will close in the transom cap. Everything is a little gucky looking right now till the epoxy set's.

Untaped and trimmed. Beware of the holes in the T-H scupper. Only use the holes at 3,6,9 & 12 o'clock. Don't use the one's at 2,5,7 & 10 o'clock. Don't ask! Aghhhhh!

The conector tubes are installed. Filleted and glassed. You can see in the hole how it changes the angle going thru the transom.
