Here's the start. This is going to take a while, as I'm having to wait on parts. There will be a box built that will accept the T-H wash down station under the Port gunwale. The T-H Tube piece will be laid fore & aft. It will go threw this filler panel, but it is deeper than the cavity. That's why I will have to build a extension box.
Here's the wash down
station assembly. The round part has to be sanded and shaped a little. This was
all done because the tube for the wash down station is to long to fit in the
dropdown panel. The bottom of the wash down [WD] tube will hit the transom.
There will be glass put on the round piece and it will become part of the
dropdown panel.
This is a scrap piece of 3/8in Divenacell [green] and a scrap of 3/4in
Kledgecell [brown]. The Divenacell was wrapped around the Kledgecell with the
help of a heat gun to form it. It was then glued together with some 5min epoxy.
System 3 Quik Fair to make it look like a cake and to even out any deformation
that the heat did to it.
